HOW DO I GET SIZED PROPERLY?
Mota has a unique type of fit we call the ‘Barefoot Fit’. It refers to the fact that our shoes allow the toes to move comfortably as you skate. For the perfect fit refer to our size guide here.

HOW DO I HEAT MOLD MY BOOTS?
All Mota boots are heat moldable. Heat molding is optional and only recommended after using them 3-4 times to locate where the problem areas are. Sizing and spot molding found here. Oven molding found here.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY / REPAIR POLICY ON MOTA PRODUCTS?
To obtain warranty benefits, the defective product and a statement of the claimed defect must be provided to Mota Skates from whom the goods were originally purchased. To obtain an authorized return merchandise number (RMA) - Email an image and claimed defect to email@example.com. All returns / exchanges must include a returns form found here and include an RMA. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Mota Skates reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty application. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This warranty provides specific legal rights. Other rights may exist, which may vary from state to state. Mota Skates may amend this warranty policy at any time.
Limited One Year Warranty – Mota Skates will warranty its products for a period of One year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If the date of purchase is unavailable, this warranty shall begin on the product manufacture date. Should any product fail to perform for either of the above reasons, Mota Skates will repair it or replace it at no charge as inventories allow excludes shipping charges. (Please note that if the product in question is from a discontinued model that we no longer have replacement inventory available for, we will offer a for charge repair considering the difference of the purchase cost and the cost of the current replacement product.)
• All size exchanges are free of charge, excluding shipping charges.
• All products are subject to full refund for 30 days from date of purchase. Original receipt required and products must be in new condition.
• All products have a limited one-year warranty on all product defects.
• Boss base plate warranty after one-year, $50 charge (each) plus applicable shipping charges.
HOW DO I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an automated email with tracking when your order ships. Please check your junk & spam. Tracking is sent from a third party (UPS, USPS, Shiprush). If you don’t receive an email, please TEXT 833-758-6682 (833-SK8-MOTA) the order name & number to check status.

We have a country wide network of retailers. This means that there is a good chance that there will be a store near you. Use our store locator to find a retailer near you. HOW CAN I RETURN / EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be new, unused in order to be accepted for a refund. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. To ensure proper credit, original receipt must be included with the returned merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Must include a return form found here.

DO MOTA BOOTS COME IN VARIOUS WIDTHS?
Mota’s line of boots utilizes a unique type of fit called Mota “Barefoot Fit.” This allows the toes to move freely as you skate whereas conventional boots fit across the width of your feet at the toes which restricts the natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of skating.
